Roberto J. Ortiz
Roberto Juan Ortiz received his Bachelor in Business Management and Organization degree from the University of Miami, in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Ortiz received his Juris Doctor degree from the St. Thomas University School of Law, in Miami, Florida. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. Mr. Ortiz is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida for the practice of Federal litigation.
Mr. Ortiz is a member of several professional organizations, including the Florida Bar Association. Mr. Ortiz served on the AILA South Florida Chapter Board Directors from 2013-2014. Mr. Ortiz also served as the Co-Chair of the Luncheon Committee and of the CLE Committee of the AILA South Florida Chapter. Mr. Ortiz is also a collaborator with CNN en Espanol.
Mr. Ortiz practices law in several areas, including business immigration and family-based immigration.
Mr. Ortiz has also presented seminars in several Central and South American countries, including Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, and Venezuela for investors and professionals who wish to immigrate and/or conduct business in the United States.
